In January, Shanghai China Sun Far-East Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of the company, was registered in the industry and commerce bureau and thus formally established. In June, Shenzhou IX manned spacecraft carried “Reconstituted Food Package” manufactured by China Sun and successfully connected Tiangong 1 in the space. In July, the registered capital and paid-in capital of the company changed from RMB 67 million Yuan to RMB 134 million Yuan. In July, Venus Pharmaceutical Machinery, LLC established by the company in Chicago completed relevant registration procedures in the United States. In December, the company awarded restricted shares amounting to RMB 7.288 million Yuan to the equity incentive objects by means of targeted issuance of new shares. Meanwhile, it completed relevant industrial and commercial change registration procedures again with the registered capital of RMB 141.288 million Yuan. In December, Hunan China Sun. Medical Machinery Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary established by the company in Qiyang, Hunan Province, completed industrial and commercial registration. Plastic Ampoule BFS monoblock machine and Automatic Inspection Machine of Glass Bottle Infusion Bottle Big Capacity Injection particle Objects drafted by China Sun passed the review of the national pharmaceutical equipment industry standard committee. There were two industry standards newly increased by China Sun. Pharmaceutical Machinery after establishment of three industry standards, i.e. non-PVC film single-chamber soft bag I.V. production line, plastic infusion bottle BFS monoblock machine and PP infusion bottle stretch blow molding machine. |

On May 11, the company was successfully listed in GEM of Shenzhen Stock Exchange with the stock code of 300216. In September, the plastic ampoule injection BFS machine project of the company was listed as a strategic emerging industry project of National Development and Reform Commission. In November, the trademark of the company was rated by the state Administration of Industry and Commerce as “China Famous Trademark”. |
